If you haven’t received your PIN code, please follow these steps:
- Check Documentation: For Plastic cards, your PIN will be included with the card documentation when you receive your card. However, for Metal Cards, your PIN will be sent via email after the card has been activated. Double-check your email inbox, including the spam/junk folder, as emails can sometimes be filtered there.
- Request Resend: If you’ve checked and still haven’t received your PIN, please provide:
- Name
- Card Number
We will request the bank to resend your PIN for you.
