    • If using an NIN slip, generate a digital NIN card via the NIMC Mobile App and upload it.

To generate a digital NIN card:

  1. Download the NIMC Mobile App from the App Store or Google Play.
  2. Input your NIN number from your slip into the app.
  3. Generate your digital NIN card and save it.
  4. Upload the digital card on the BananaCrystal platform for verification.

 

6. What if my NIN was obtained from a third-party approved center?

If your NIN was obtained from a bank or a network provider’s center:

  1. Generate a digital NIN

or

  1. Visit the nearest NIN office to get your original NIN card.
  2. Take a clear photo of the original card.
  3. Resubmit the photo on the BananaCrystal platform.
