If you’re noticing discrepancies in your account balance or unauthorized transactions, we’re here to assist you. Firstly, please provide us with:

  2. Card number so we can promptly check your balance. It’s important to note that once your card is loaded, funds cannot be deducted without corresponding transactions. Your funds are securely held in your offshore bank account, and neither we nor anyone else can access them without your authorization. Additionally, if you’re concerned about the security of your account, you can request to freeze your card temporarily. Rest assured, we’ll work closely with you to resolve this matter and ensure the security of your account.
