Funding and withdrawal limits

Please note that due to ongoing fraud monitoring and prevention, these limits might be less depending on your country of origin and banking institution.

Credit Card Limits #

The credit card transaction limit is $1,000, which is the maximum amount that will be processed in a single credit card transaction. 

In addition to the limit above, the maximum amount that will be processed for an individual customer is $1,000 per day, $3,000 per week $12,000 per month (rolling).

Wire Transfer Limits #

Deposits via Wire transfers are unlimited for US and limited to $250,000 in other supported countries.

Wire deposits are only available for amounts of $1,000 or more.

Wire deposits are accepted with the following criteria:

• The name of the bank wire matches the legal name on your BananaCrystal account and your identity has been verified by completing identity verification.
• The wire is sent from an account in the supported countries.
• The account the wire is sent from is already associated/linked with your BananaCrystal profile.
• Your unique reference code is included with the wire deposit.

Wallet Limits #

Deposits of supported cryptocurrencies are unlimited.
