How do I load funds to my card?

To load funds onto your Bananacrystal Debit card, please follow these steps:

Sign In: Visit Bananacrystal.com and sign in to your account.
Navigate to My Cards: Go to the “USD Debit Card” > “Fund Card” menu.
Initiate New Card Load: Click on the “New Card Load” button.
Fill out the Form: You will be redirected to the Card Fund page, here, you enter the desired amount to fund your card, preview the fees and total amount you will charged then click on submit.
Confirm Transaction: Confirm the transaction via email. Note: You can not cancel the card load after the email confirmation.
Monitor Transactions and Balance: Once the transaction is completed, you can monitor your card’s transactions under the “Card Load” activity menu. Additionally, check your card balance from the “Card Details” page under the respective card.
