Fund your account by sending a wire from a saved/linked Bank Account. Use these instructions when you want to send a wire from a specific bank account or receive funds from a vendor sending you a wire.
To fund your account using your bank account via a wire:
1. Go to My US Dollars > Deposit/Payment
2. Select the Bank Account
Tip: If you have not yet linked a bank account, click on Add Payment Method.

3. Get the Wire Instructions
Memo/Reference: For payments via bank wire transfer, it is required that the wire transfer include this memo/instruction/reference. Failure to include this memo instruction with your wire will result in returned wires and a returned wire fee.
If your bank does not allow special characters in your Memo/Reference, replace the special character * with a space.
4. Send the wire using the instructions from step 3.
Wires processing takes 1 – 3 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution’s geographical location and processing times.
