I want to terminate my card. What should I do?

  2. Provide a photo of yourself with your passport.
  3. Provide a photo of the card cut in half.
  4. Please note that a $20 Admin fee will be deducted from the account.
  5. Please remember to spend or withdraw any remaining funds before requesting card termination.
