When funding your BananaCrystal account with USD or your local currency or withdrawing to your bank account, the fee depends on our banking partners and your bank, and as such it varies per transaction and will be disclosed to you at the time of your transaction.
When funding your account with cryptocurrencies, the fees vary according to the network transaction fees, such as miner’s fees, and transactions on cryptocurrency networks (i.e., transfers of cryptocurrency off the BananaCrystal platform).
Personal accounts can send payments to stores or merchants free of charge.
Stores or merchants incur a small fee for receiving payments from personal accounts not to exceed 1.99% of the transaction.
