What should I do if I can’t add my card as a payment method?

If you encounter challenges adding your card as a payment method, consider these steps:

  1. Confirm that your Online Features and E-commerce settings are enabled. If you haven’t applied for this feature, please complete the VIP Bypass form for approval. Once processed, you’ll gain the ability to make online purchases. Access the form here: https://www.bananacrystal.com/bc-debit-card-vip-form/ 
  2. Check whether the bank has categorized the merchant as high-risk. Kindly provide the merchant’s name so we can liaise with our bank partner for clarification.
  3. Note that while some merchants may not permit our card to be added as a payment method, it can still be utilized directly for payments.
  4. Ensure your card is activated before attempting to add it as a payment method.
